Je asi n\u011bkde na pomez\u00ed klasick\u00e9 hypot\u00e9ky a dlouhodob\u00e9ho spot\u0159ebitelsk\u00e9ho \u00fav\u011bru. Maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e hypot\u00e9kyAmerick\u00e1 hypot\u00e9ka nen\u00ed tak v\u0161esp\u00e1sn\u00fd \u00fav\u011brov\u00fd produkt, jak by se na prvn\u00ed pohled mohlo zd\u00e1t. Nen\u00ed j\u00ed toti\u017e mo\u017en\u00e9 \u010derpat v 100%, ale nejv\u00fd\u0161e je mo\u017en\u00e9 z\u00edskat n\u011bjak\u00fdch 70% hodnoty hypot\u00e9ky. Zbyl\u00fdch 30% je zapot\u0159eb\u00ed financovat z vlastn\u00edch zdroj\u016f. Jako u b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho hypote\u010dn\u00edho \u00fav\u011bru, i zde je zapot\u0159eb\u00ed z\u00e1stava nemovitosti, kdy banka pod\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dost na katastr nemovitost\u00ed o z\u00e1stavn\u00ed b\u0159emeno. Americk\u00e9 hypot\u00e9ky v\u0161ak u\u017e dlouho nenab\u00edz\u00ed pouze bankovn\u00ed domy, ale i nebankovn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti.
