V rostlin\u011b byly zkoum\u00e1ny l\u00e1tky zvan\u00e9 kanabinoidy, mezi jejich\u017e hlavn\u00ed z\u00e1stupce pat\u0159\u00ed THC (tetrahydrokanabinol) a CBD (kanabidiol). Aby jejich \u00fa\u010dinek byl mo\u017en\u00fd a tyto l\u00e1tky se bez probl\u00e9m\u016f dostaly do lidsk\u00e9ho t\u011bla, existuje syst\u00e9m, kter\u00fd je za toto odpov\u011bdn\u00fd. Jeho n\u00e1zev je trochu slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, jeho funkce je pro zdrav\u00ed a pohodu nezbytn\u00e1. Jedn\u00e1 se o endokanabinoidn\u00ed syst\u00e9m. Endokanabinoidn\u00ed syst\u00e9m je souhrnn\u00fd n\u00e1zev pro n\u011bkolik bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fdch receptor\u016f, kter\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed vstup kanabinoid\u016f do lidsk\u00e9ho t\u011bla a s nimi samoz\u0159ejm\u011b tak\u00e9 mo\u017enost u\u017e\u00edvat si p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f, kter\u00e9 s sebou p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed. Jedn\u00e1 se dva hlavn\u00ed bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 receptory ozna\u010dovan\u00e9 jako CB1 a CB2. CB1 receptory nalezneme r\u016fzn\u00e9 po lidsk\u00e9m t\u011ble, nejv\u00edce koncentrov\u00e1ny jsou ale v mozku a m\u00ed\u0161e. V mozku jsou nejv\u00edce obs\u00e1hl\u00e9 v m\u00edstech, kter\u00e9 souvis\u00ed s chov\u00e1n\u00edm \u2013 nap\u0159\u00edklad hypotalamus (ovliv\u0148uje apetit) nebo amygdala (pam\u011b\u0165 a zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed emoc\u00ed). Tak\u00e9 je nalezneme v nervov\u00fdch zakon\u010den\u00edch, kde pom\u00e1haj\u00ed redukovat pocit bolesti. CB2 receptory jsou obsa\u017eeny v imunitn\u00edm syst\u00e9mu a perifern\u00edm nervov\u00e9m syst\u00e9mu. Po jejich aktivaci dojde k potla\u010den\u00ed z\u00e1n\u011btu, co\u017e je vlastn\u011b reakce imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu na ur\u010dit\u00fd podn\u011bt, kter\u00fd vede pr\u00e1v\u011b k aktivaci. Endokanabinoidn\u00ed syst\u00e9m z\u00edskal sv\u016fj n\u00e1zev ze slov endo (znamenaj\u00edc\u00ed uvnit\u0159 t\u011bla) a kannabinol (co\u017e je aktivn\u00ed slo\u017eka konop\u00ed, se kterou reaguj\u00ed receptory). V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b je tento syst\u00e9m v\u011bdci velmi testov\u00e1n, a to pr\u00e1v\u011b v souvislosti se zdravotn\u00edmi \u00fa\u010dinky konop\u00ed, kter\u00e9 zn\u00e1me, pota\u017emo t\u011bmi, kter\u00e9 bychom zkoum\u00e1n\u00edm mohli z\u00edskat. A jak to vlastn\u011b cel\u00e9 funguje? Zjednodu\u0161en\u011b \u0159e\u010deno: Skrze kanabinoidn\u00ed receptory (CB1 a CB2) se kanabinoidy dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed do lidsk\u00e9ho t\u011bla, kde zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 reakce a umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed zejm\u00e9na CBD se vst\u0159eb\u00e1vat do lidsk\u00e9ho t\u011bla a umo\u017e\u0148ovat tak jeho l\u00e9\u010debn\u00fdm \u00fa\u010dink\u016fm p\u016fsobit. Ale co kdy\u017e endokanabinoidn\u00ed syst\u00e9m nefunguje nebo je n\u011bjak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem po\u0161kozen? Co je to klinick\u00e1 endokanabinoidn\u00ed deficience (CECD)? A jak\u00fd to m\u00e1 dopad na lidsk\u00fd organismus? Endokanabinoidn\u00ed deficience je ozna\u010den\u00ed pro teorii, kter\u00e1 zakl\u00e1d\u00e1 na tom, \u017ee se n\u011bkter\u00e9 nemoci a symptomy objevuj\u00ed jako d\u016fsledek probl\u00e9m\u016f s t\u00edmto syst\u00e9mem. Sem spad\u00e1 nap\u0159\u00edklad nedostate\u010dn\u00e1 produkce endokanabinoid\u016f nebo chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed \u010di po\u0161kozen\u00e9 receptory. Doch\u00e1z\u00ed t\u00edm k poru\u0161en\u00ed rovnov\u00e1hy, kterou m\u00e1 syst\u00e9m nastolovat, v d\u016fsledku \u010deho\u017e se pak mohou objevit nemoci (zejm\u00e9na ty spjat\u00e9 s imunitn\u00edm syst\u00e9mem). Nedostatek kanabinoid\u016f m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t za vznikem n\u011bkolika nemoc\u00ed maj\u00edc\u00edch podobn\u00fd biochemick\u00fd vzorec. Jsou jimi: Migr\u00e9na  Tato choroba zat\u00edm nen\u00ed \u00fapln\u011b prozkoum\u00e1na, nicm\u00e9n\u011b se jej\u00ed vznik p\u0159ipisuje zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 hladin\u011b serotoninu. Produkce serotoninu je pln\u011b pod taktovkou endokanabinoidn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu a pokud tento spr\u00e1vn\u011b p\u016fsob\u00ed, dojde k regulaci serotoninu a tedy regulaci migr\u00e9ny. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nedostate\u010dn\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed endokanabinoid\u016f se toto ale ned\u011bje. Fibromyalgie  Pod t\u00edmto ciz\u00edm n\u00e1zvem se skr\u00fdv\u00e1 chronick\u00e1 porucha bolesti, na kterou zat\u00edm neexistuje \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd l\u00e9k. Ulevovat od bolesti tak pom\u00e1h\u00e1 pouze tradi\u010dn\u00ed medic\u00edna. I tady m\u00e1 syst\u00e9m regulovat pr\u00e1h bolesti, ale v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b jeho po\u0161kozen\u00ed se tak ned\u011bje. Syndrom dr\u00e1\u017ediv\u00e9ho tra\u010dn\u00edku (IBS)   Tento souvis\u00ed s nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00edznaky, jako je nad\u00fdm\u00e1n\u00ed, b\u0159i\u0161n\u00ed k\u0159e\u010de nebo pr\u016fjem, kter\u00e9 se zvy\u0161uj\u00ed se stresem. Aktivace kanabinoidn\u00edch receptor\u016f pak zp\u016fsobuje sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ecitliv\u011blosti st\u0159eva a sni\u017euje z\u00e1n\u011bt. P\u0159i jejich nedostatku se op\u011bt nedo\u010dk\u00e1me k\u00fd\u017een\u00e9ho \u00fa\u010delu. V\u0161echna tato t\u0159i onemocn\u011bn\u00ed maj\u00ed jedno spole\u010dn\u00e9 \u2013 nerovnov\u00e1hu hladiny serotoninu. Nav\u00edc se velmi \u010dasto vyskytuj\u00ed spole\u010dn\u011b, za co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b spole\u010dn\u00fd spou\u0161t\u011b\u010d: klinick\u00fd endokanabinoidn\u00ed nedostatek. Zat\u00edm se ale jedn\u00e1 o teorii nepotvrzenou, pokud ale k potvrzen\u00ed dojde, budou moci b\u00fdt vyvinuty c\u00edlen\u00e9 terapie souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s dod\u00e1vkou chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00edch endokanabinoid\u016f. A tady je p\u0159esn\u011b oblast, kdy nastupuje CBD coby p\u0159irozen\u00fd zdroj kanabinoid\u016f.
